Review on 🏺 Bormioli Rocco Fido Square Jar Set with Blue Lid, 67-3/4 oz (Pack of 2) – SYNCHKG069251 by Rebecca Dillard

I have ordered two of the 67.75 oz. Glasses and they came in good condition and only arrived 2 days after ordering (no prime). I love the color and the height goes well with my shelves. I am planning for emergencies like an earthquake and would like to store more dried staples like beans, lentils, quinoa which last longer in sealed jar than bulky plastic bags. I haven't tested them on it yet, but I wanted to share the information that accompanies them: 1) wash before use 2) don't let the filling come into contact with 100% fatty foods (in other words, not I don't plan to, Store olive oil in these containers. The seal is white and it appears to be rubbery, not silicone, but I've just ordered some silicone seals for old jars and they fit, although slightly larger so don't go as tight as the white ones Those that have it B. a pull tab, the standard orange rubber will be just as tight 3) Fit a new gasket before reusing the jar. I don't expect to have to do this often but I have to say there is a tiny rim on the inside of the blue glass where the gasket fits snugly and if it wasn't carefully installed that could explain some of the leakage .
