From the moment I received this product I've had nothing but trouble. The box arrived damaged and was packed very carefully. The table was very easy to put together but until I inspected it I did notice a few scratches and dents on the legs. Not only that, you can tell someone tried to hide the stain on it by applying a different shade of gray. Not only that, the USB connector shorted out after a few months and I threw away a good cable, thinking my cables had gone bad. I immediately contacted the manufacturer who told me that since I bought it through Revain I would have to go through Revain. I have contacted Revain 5 times about this product. The third rep from Revain didn't know anything and told me I could just put it on the porch and UPS would pick it up. UPS refused to accept it without packaging. Then I called Revane a few more times because they wouldn't give me a refund without returning the product and I told him it was going in the bin. So now if I want a refund I have to disassemble this damaged product and send it back which will cost them more money. It makes absolutely no sense. Very dissatisfied with the product and Revain.
