Pretty but ineffective
This is an adorable hat that even fits my 1 year old's head and covers all his hair. However, it's really ineffective for drying his hair unless I rub his head like a towel (he hates it and the whole reason I bought it) or leave it for about 2 hours. I see it would help if I took him to the beach, pool or somewhere to dry his hair on the way back, but after a swim it's not worth it.
