Bad cleaner if it damages your humidifier

After using the same humidifier for a year I have had no problem with dirt or mold in a water tank humidifier without a filter - thought I'd try something New to keep it clean - for a month there have been signs that mold is growing in the humidifier. No, don't waste your money or you'll buy a new humidifier like I did
