Software which brings efficiency for businesses

The support we received from this team was excellent! They were always available through out our project life cycle of more than two years with them. Nothing specific as such but I do feel that their approach towards quality management system implementation would enhance customer experience at least marginally. We have been working together since 2015 - 2016 and it has nothing good or bad about my interaction/experience so far. But overall they are great folks who understand your business needs & will work hard to deliver value. Their ability to adapt to client's changing requirements over long periods without compromising upon product integrity. The software is very user friendly, the support team is very responsive and the cost is very competitive. I have not found any problems with the software. The software is very user friendly and is very reliable. There are no problems with the software. The software has helped us to be more efficient and save time. It has also helped us to have a better understanding of our customers and their needs.

  • Also helpdesk response times too quick when compared other ERP applications used by me before (in past)
Cons
  • Product customisation process takes lot longer compare earlier version
  • Document retention requirement should come down
