For the price it's almost a perfect product. You pay $50 for an extension that makes your bike better and more comfortable for both rider and passenger. The passenger can just sit and relax as if it were a chair and there is no person hanging behind the driver for the entire journey! Amazing (me and my girlfriend love it) Took only 30 minutes to install although there is no manual if it is incredibly strong and the materials used are very strong the iron was very heavy which indicates it is well made and not weak. The screws you get too many are of poor quality and after a rain they got a bit rusty so I gave 4 stars. In any case, you can get new ones that aren't rusty at Home Depot for less than a few dollars. They fit well on my 2002 Honda Shadow Spirit and I am very happy with the improvement in ride comfort on both. Folks who ride bikes, you won't regret this purchase!
