I like that i can check my vehicle info in just few clicks with the online dashboard so easy for me! And very friendly customer service too who always try their best to help you as much possible if any issues arise or problems occurred during the process. Sometimes i got error when inputting information but they are helpful and give advice how to solve it then fix it immediately (most important). Try first and see what kind of response you'll get when doing business with them. This is an awesome tool i never forget about this one ever again. My truck engine info can be easily checked from home without having to drive around anywhere which saves gasoline! The team at Edison has been great to work with - they are very responsive, knowledgeable about their product, and have helped us implement it in our organization. I haven't found anything that I dislike so far! We're using Edison for vehicle telematics data collection. They've implemented an easy-to-use interface into our existing system. Their customer support has also been excellent.
