Reviews are great so I had high hopes! I think if you sleep on your back these things will work just fine! But then you wouldn't need them at this moment! The clutch seems to stay in place when your chest is flat, but once you roll onto your side and squeeze your ta-tas, the entire pad lifts in various places.
