Review on WizCon by Khiam Burton

The platform is easy-to navigate by anyone with basic technical knowledge, meaning it will attract more new users than if there were complex learning curves associated with its use - which helps us target our market very effectively! We need additional functionality in terms of being able to send automated emails or SMS notifications at regular intervals (eg every 15mins) so we can monitor performance without having too many people checking daily logs etc.

I have no other suggestions as everything seems like what you would expect from any modern CRM system. This was something quite specific but maybe others could benefit? Sales pipeline analysis and forecasting via multiple metrics across large number of contacts / accounts/ opportunities.
