It only got two stars because there was enough space in the transport box for a medium-sized to large cat. My cat slipped out of the top of the zipper in less than ten minutes. Which wasn't an exciting experience given that I had to drive for eight hours with a stray cat in my cat. The zipper broke easily and split in two. He didn't even tense up and stuck his little head through the tip. I was really hoping this would work but I would argue that no adult cat can use this stretcher. Maybe good for kittens and small rodents. I ended up putting my rabbit in the carrier as I wasn't worried about him pushing through the top so much.
