Exactly what I wanted
My trainer used to take a rope ladder to work, but being a beginner I kept kicking the rope and confusing the ladder. If/when I kick him during exercises, he moves as one. Very quickly back to where it should be. Better yet, a few pieces of duct tape on the floor and the thing is glued in place! It takes 30 seconds to wrap it up and put it away when I'm done. Easy to install and break. 100% recommend to other users.
