1 of 2 arrived with broken glass, very very thin glass, shatters when broken. We bought the 2.1 and it was fine when it wasn't really because it's poorly built so it rocks horribly. I'm currently on day 8 (that's eight, yes!) of the return/refund cycle. One day I found out how bad it is. how thin the glass was, we were afraid it would break. I asked to return both, money back etc. I received tons of emails ie more than 25-30 emails in those 8 days. at 25-30 responses there were pictures first, then glass replacements, then the responses became incoherent and vague. Its editing, we are working on it, it should be released soon, BUT nothing with the actual fact to pinpoint exactly what is coming soon, or is it, or was it, has 1 or both units been talked about, or is 1 already flagged reimbursed? I can't get a clear answer. So far they have supposedly sent 1 refund to the bank but haven't seen anything 4 days later. Oh, and they love to intimidate and almost blackmail you into removing a bad review that they can't edit in Revain until you've fixed or stopped the complaint from A to Z, but any changes made will take you to another back day. . SAVE YOURSELF, buy something better! Oh, it's easy to assemble, it's 3 screws, but they also come apart quickly.
