That's a beautiful blanket! My child uses his muslin blankets as a "blanket". He likes to lay his head on it and run his hands over the blankets. When it came, he immediately grabbed it and put his head on it. He's a lot bigger than I expected and it's great for him to have in his crib. It's well made and I can see he'll love it for years to come. The only issue I had was that the blanket had a strong industrial smell on arrival. But after washing it once, the smell is completely gone. Update: I bought this comforter twice so he can take one while the other gets washed! They get softer with every wash. I first bought this blanket when he was about 9 months old and he absolutely loved it. Now, at 16 months, he never goes anywhere without a "blanket." Very durable even after repeated washing and drying. Another update - my little man is 2 now and this is still his "blanket" - I bought a second blanket for his other house so we can both have one for him. I can't believe his comforter is still thriving after going through it all and being through many washes! This blanket really went a mile! I will buy a third one but only because I need a spare for when his lover is doing laundry and he just can't live without it! I recommend this blanket if you need it for a long time!
