Just perfect in my rating

So far I've only had slotted straps. With this band, it hooks onto the stretchy woven portion and I can wear it whether I've gained a few pounds or lost a few. I now have all 3 suggested colors. The best belt!

Pros

This is a well made belt that has not stretched like some of my other similar belts. Costs money.

Cons

The sling is relatively expensive compared to other golf sling options that may be out of reach for some budget conscious users.
