Great bag and even better company

My first bag was slightly torn on one of the handles. I reached out to the company. Mike was very responsive and sent a replacement bag the next day. I took this bag out of the country and it survived all 3 flights, with no issues. I packed it to capacity (plenty of clothes, toiletries, and shoes). It’s very spacious. It has lots of outside pockets to put small items that you need to access quickly (like a wallet or passport).
