Perfect size for carry on
Just made a trip to the Dominican Republic and used only carry on the entire trip, never questioned the size. The pocket they are in seems flimsy, but works great for putting bottles back in, as well as some small items like lip gloss, mascara, and the like. The holes are big enough to easily get your product into the bottles. My fiance and I had copious amounts of shampoo, conditioner, sunscreen and lotion for 7 days. Can only recommend these bottles, they are perfect for hand luggage!
