Review on 💄 MS Glamour 20 Colors Artist Eyeshadow Palette: Vegan, Cruelty-Free, Highly Pigmented Cosmetics for Professional Makeup by Melody Kershaw

Supplied sealed in pouch. It has an outer product packaging that turned black ALLLLLLLL on my fingers! I have no idea why! It seems to have black film on it, I tried to take a picture, can you see the film? But I took a picture of one of my hands. Pooh! I don't know what the heck this is but I didn't like it! Then I opened the box and there were ugly black things everywhere. At this point I seriously considered not even trying this palette. The only reason I continued was because I tried the MS Glamor Rainbow palette and I really liked it, so I had high hopes for this. THEN I took the palette out of the box and black was literally EVERYWHERE. my hands, my desk, EVERYWHERE! You can see it in the photo on my desk and hopefully see the film of the material on the palette. What the hell?! I opened the palette and noticed that the black tint is crushed leaving black shadows everywhere. I used to have palettes with a broken shade but NEVER had them in a whole outer box and outer palette like this one! It was crazy! I hate it when companies ship eyeshadow palettes (or powder palettes) without even bubble wrap. Some go above and beyond which I always appreciate and will make me want to return to this company again. But some can't even do the bare minimum. The rainbow palette I have from MS Glamor came in bubble wrap. But it came without damage. If it wasn't a black tint and it hadn't gotten into all the other pans, I'd clean it up and try eyeshadow. But it's such a mess with this one, even after I wiped it off the black tint stays on all the other pans. So unfortunately I can't address it fully. I can say that I tried her other palette and really liked the matte shades! But that's all I can say.
