I prefer a very high palm rest because I'm tall and prefer to look down. I've been a medical transcriptionist for many years and have kept my wrists from developing carpal tunnel, so this position works for me. I had to search a long time to find a pillow large enough to meet these criteria and came across this article. It arrived today and I couldn't be happier with it! Not only is it very well made. durable and enough foam for comfort. But the height is perfect! Highly recommended for those who love a raised palm rest.
