update. When I first bought this product it didn't work. However, I called their customer service and their technician was extremely helpful and got the scanner working. My version is unlimited for 3 pcs. I try to run once a month. In the second month it wouldn't start and I had to take extra steps to get it working from the boot menu. Now in its 4th month the scan won't start and when you try to get it to work from the boot menu the computer won't boot with the fix me stick plugged in. You must remove the flash drive in order for the computer to boot. I tried calling their support team (which according to the package is available Monday to Saturday from 9am to 7pm) and I got a message saying they are not taking calls. This used to be my favorite scanner and it worked great. It looks like the company went wrong, as did their product. This is one of the most expensive products and only works a few times before it becomes junk. Spend your money on something else that will last at least a year.
