Easy to integrate and use, great platform if we look beyond just bots
The best part of this software has been its ease with which it can be integrated into any website using PHP or NodeJS frameworks like Express JS etc. It's easy for small businesses as well that don't have technical expertise in coding but are looking forward towards building their own chatbot solution without having too much hassle from development side! I think there isn’t anything specific about mongoose IM at present time. If you want something new then go ahead otherwise continue your work same way they were doing so far because everything seems fine by now (as per my knowledge). We're solving customer service problems via our ChatBot application developed over Mimoogseim Software Platforms (MSP) where customers interact through messages sent directly inside an app instead of going out onto social media platforms such as Facebook Messenger & WhatsApp.
