Stops working without service or warranty support

Winix AM90 just stopped working after less than two months. I called Revain, spoke to tech support and went through everything with Winix to get them to redeem my warranty return but got no response and they berated me on the phone. Even if I get a return receipt, the buyer pays to ship the huge item back for a refund. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY!
