Send back immediately. I use a 3m respirator for professional powder painting. It seemed like a very good deal for the price, but the straps don't stay in place and come loose immediately. It doesn't give you a proper face seal, which is very dangerous. The nasal conch inside is also very loose and shouldn't have any play. I would not trust my health/life to any respirator that does not seal properly. Maybe it would be nice as a Halloween costume or something. Absolutely not for professional or non-professional use. Looks real but take this from someone who has been using respirators professionally for 17 years - save your time and money and choose another product.
