I normally use the excellent Breeze system but our purebred kitten proved difficult to eradicate protozoa (TF) and it took several months from testing to diagnosis and at the end of the treatment. With this "worm" comes pudding-like feces that pass through the Breeze pellets like a liquid, allowing it to go back into a regular litter box until it's healthy again. I bought this pan in both sizes and am very satisfied. They do a good job of keeping the dirt where it belongs. One would assume they were made somewhere in Southeast Asia, but they are wrong - in the EU! The latches holding the top and bottom together seemed a little rough at first, but practice has proved me wrong. The boxes come with padded bumpers for the bottom corners - I don't think they're needed, but they keep the box from shifting (useful if your cat likes rearranging things). I am very satisfied with this purchase and can recommend these boxes without hesitation.
