Apple strives to limit the number of devices that can be connected to their computers, but third parties like ABIWAZY fight to ensure Apple users can actually use their external hardware! My Macbook Air only has 2 USB-C ports and basically no external hardware will work with it, so I'm forced to use some kind of adapter. This adapter works great as a docking station for my setup. All ports work and the color of the adapter matches my Space Gray MacBook perfectly. I used to have to plug in 2 adapters to connect all my USBs, but with 5 USB ports, that's all I need! Definitely recommended if you need to connect a lot of stuff. See my photos for my setup. I usually use 4-5 USB plug-ins when using my computer.
