Review on πŸͺ‘ ORISCONCA-Ultralight Camping Folding Chair, Portable Beach Chair for Backpacking, Outdoor Folding Chairs for Hiking, Fishing, Picnic - Load Capacity 300 lbs with Tote Bag by Tim Toscano

Very light and portable. Difficult to stretch the fabric.

This camping chair is quite light and portable. Definitely easy to stow in the trunk, easy to have on hand. When folded, the zippered pouch is 14 inches long, 5.25 inches wide, and 4.2 inches high. It weighs almost nothing. I wouldn't mind carrying this in my backpack. Of course, this requires assembly. This is not a chair that you can just spread out and sit down straight away. The poles have bungee cords inside and are pretty much connected together to form a frame. The hardest part is stretching the fabric seat over all 4 corners of the frame. I really struggled with that. Hopefully it will stretch out a bit with use. The seat is made of durable woven and mesh material. Mesh provides some ventilation on hot days. Looks easily distinguishable. He sits low on the ground. This type of seat is not the most stable. It wobbles a bit and it's easy to tip the whole chair forward when you want to stand up. Especially for a child - an adult will remember to be more careful. That is the nature of this type of sitting. If you want something more durable (but heavier), opt for a folding chair like the Coleman. Personally, I don't mind the inconvenience of having to assemble and disassemble the chair due to its ultra-light weight. When I go out with a kid I have enough stuff so anything lighter is a plus for me.
