I use my phone for taking pictures and I love being able to set up my tripod very quickly and take some decent selfies with a nice background. Importantly, I can put my feet down quickly and adjust the incline and angle on the fly. This Zomei tripod is great for that. It is lightweight and the head is adjustable at any angle. You can attach the legs with simple clips and pull up the center bar to add height. I've found that for most things I don't need to do this and I just detach the three legs. The phone holder is wide enough to fit my 6 inch phone with a case and I don't feel like it will fall off. This kit includes a very commonly used Bluetooth remote that pairs easily and works well. The phone holder has a small tab that you press to release a second set of extension poles, allowing the holder to expand up to 8 inches. Putting my phone down is enough for me, but I rarely see the need for it. This is an amazing tripod for easy travel with everyday selfies and group photos. Sometimes I fold the legs and use it as a selfie stick. It's a bit of a workout but does the job.
