I have another PS4 charging dock from PowerA and I love it. I was really hoping that this docking station would be comparable, but on first impressions I was a bit disappointed. Cons: The block is really light. I mean REALLY easy! It feels cheap and moves when you lower the controller. I fixed this by removing the foam tape from the bottom and replacing it with double sided tape. Not a big deal, but it might be for some. Another issue was that the included power cord was too short for my needs. I didn't manage to route it to my power strip via my AV tower, but luckily you can just use the Nintendo Switch dock's USB port instead. Pros: After having this dock for some time, I really like it! I like the convenience of just dropping the pro controller and it will start charging when not in use. It's also nice to have your controller mounted on it as if it were on display. The part that connects to the controller also has a small window for the controller's LED, which is nice. I wish I had a dock like this for my old Wii U Pro Controller. I would have liked it more if the quality was like a PowerA PS4 controller dock, but it does exactly what it's supposed to do with no real issues.
