I was very skeptical of something that looked so simple it would do a lot of good. I've tried other fancier braces and bandages, air bands and boots, and stretching boots/braces. They were all big failures. But this little thing brought INSTANT relief from the moment I put it on. It provided daily support and relief for a month and is still in excellent condition. I find it easiest to wear and go about my day, easiest to wear with shoes. I can wear it all day without discomfort and have full control over the tightness. Combined with lifting, icing, stretching - this device has finally brought me to the point where my tendonitis no longer hurts on a daily basis. In just one month! I can only mention negatively what others have already mentioned: The Velcro fastener on the lower hem is annoying the first few days until you put it on. Try it, I hope it brings you some relief too!
