I received a defective machine. I haven't made a straight cut in all the time I've had one. Replaced the blades, uninstalled and reinstalled the software, paid for a $100 software update, completely rebooted the machine and nothing worked. If they had simply replaced the machine with a new one, I would have had no problems and would not have given this review. But instead they made me look like an idiot who thought the machine was defective and just offered me a new blade. After over a week of fighting I finally got them to agree to a full refund (although there is said to be a 25% restocking fee, plus anything I used will be deducted from my refund even if the machine was defective). Tldr ; Customer service is rubbish (America silhouette, no swing design) and stopped responding when I asked for help. They then refused the exchange and returned the money. Transition to crit. The attached photos are the "best" cuts made by this machine. When spending over $350 on an item, I expect perfect cuts every time.
