I broke my leg and had just had a cast removed and needed a boot that would support me during my recovery. I read all the reviews and thought it would be him. The first night I woke up in severe pain and found that there was a hard seam between the air filled part and the padded part that ran right where my fracture was on the outside of my foot. To complicate this further, this is where it also crumpled when I fastened the Velcro straps, causing the black outer brace to cut into that crease and appear deeper into my foot. The combination of a crease and a hard stitching caused the bruising. I'm really very sad because I liked this shoe because it was pink. I tried wrapping my foot with thick socks, lining without using the middle velcro, nothing relieved the pain. I'm pretty sure I'm just one as the rest of the reviews were great. But that's something to consider. I'm going to use a regular non-bleeding boot to avoid either of these issues.
