Over the years I have installed several toilet roll holders with set screws. Set screws have always had a slot (referred to as a "blade slot") for a standard ordinary screwdriver, albeit a very thin head screwdriver. This was the first time I had installed a toilet paper holder that required a hex wrench as the set screw hole could only be tightened with a hex wrench. With a simple wedge head, the set screw was always easy to tighten. I found it quite difficult to bend the set screw once it was on the wall. Also, the included instructions only give recommendations for installation in drywall with or without wall studs. How about installation instructions for ceramic tiles?
