What do I know about the pillow? I am a stage 4 cancer patient but I am alive. Comfort and lightness in the constant search. Pillows are an area I almost gave up and I've bought several of them. Since my late wife also had cancer, this quest began many years ago. The truth is you have to try them to make sure they really work. I returned to folding pillows which I had had for many years. The firmness of the pillow has always been an issue for me. I mostly sleep on my back and that's because of the surgeries. I tried many expensive pillows and was finally intrigued by the pillow that the TV guy sells. I bought as hard as I could. It just doesn't stay tight enough. They really liked it, but I started folding my two old pillows again. A few weeks ago I decided to look again and came across these pillows. Lots of similarities with the TV pillow, but some differences were promising. Similarity 1 - It uses the same shredded stuffing concept as the TV pillow. This allows the user to customize the fill. Difference 1. Wondersleep has a zipper that can be added or removed. Eventually, and fairly quickly, TV Pillow needed more stuffing. This pillow comes in pairs, I can take it apart if needed. After 10 days there is still no need. Similarity 2. They are washable and need some time to air out. Lots of suggestions on how to do this in other reviews. difference2-. Wondersleep has a wonderful cover over the pillow that is also removable. I washed it before use while fluffing and airing out the inner pillow in the dryer. the cover feels comfortable.3 price. Right now the price for two is better than buying one of the highest quality. I love these pillows. The foam is powdered, allowing air to circulate and my head never gets too hot. They were almost too big in the beginning but now they are perfect. Put a cup around my head so I don't wake up with the tension in my neck that would occur if my head rolled left or right. (I used to put a towel under my neck to stop it.) Anyway, I love them. If you have some of my problems, you might like them too. If not, the cost of trying one is very reasonable. I expect their value to increase and I can buy more than gifts.
