The touch buttons are annoying; they are difficult to remove or repair without turning the track off or switching it. On occasion, the BT connection was lost in even one ear. Additionally, they occasionally assist in stopping or changing the track. The charging case is trustworthy, but when it runs out of power—and it runs out of power quickly—the ears are immediately connected to the phone, with all the dangers that entails. It is occasionally impossible to listen since playing is jerky and lasts for a few minutes or until the headphones are removed.
