Doesn't smear but comes off easily
This is my new favorite mascara! I have long lashes and am always looking for one that doesn't smear the skin around my eyebrows. That's it! No spots for me! It's not waterproof, which I prefer because it's very easy to remove with a tissue or soap and water. Now it's on my subscription and save list. I have also recommended it to several friends. Good price!
