I was looking for an HDMI switch that would allow me to switch between computers. I tried toggling a switch, but every time it did, the monitor on the computer was lost and the monitor on the new computer showed up as a new device. On each computer, Windows reconfigured the monitors and rearranged the remaining monitors. Switching also took about 2+ seconds. With this switch, computers never saw the monitor go away, and Windows didn't reconfigure. The display switches immediately. I would recommend this switch.
