Yes, I looked at this a long time trying to inflate it. I have an awesome inflater with 5 different fits, also from Revain. None fit. I finally got the nerve to remove the plug, after reading the reviews. It looks like you should not remove it, but do. It then fills easily. I actually bought it for my hound/ springer mix that is SO full of energy! She loves it and soccers it all over the yard, climbs on it, and carries it by the handle. Who knew! I would give it a 5, but the lack of instructions and plug dilemma made it a 4 for me. Happy dog though! :)
