I purchased 4 terra cotta pots. Upon arrival, although packaged in styrofoam, one pot was broken. The vendor knows this happens. There's a note in the box that acknowledged this issue. The shipping box wasn't marked as "fragile" on the outside. The pots are 6 inches in diameter. Very thin material. I contacted Revain and the vendor to let them know. Revain gave me a courtesy credit for the pot. But the seller was unwilling to incur any responsibility for the loss or return. Not shipping or replacement cost. I was fortunate enough to find even larger pots at my local store. They were sturdier and larger. Had I been patient, I would have paid the same price for larger more durable pots. I Will NEVER purchase from this vendor again.
