First of all your product is fantastic. However, it really is NOT what I imagined. "Designed to feel soft and comfortable" is by no means a SOFT product. And this size - 9" x 21" - is MUCH larger than other "pillow cushions" which are usually around 6" in diameter. This item is really ONLY a side or foot support, with no real benefit in that Use.for ANY neck brace.BUT this cotton cover is just the icing on the cake as it is supremely comfortable.My only concern is how it will be packaged - it will be vacuum compressed and rolled up, then wrapped and overly taped, and the specs are FIXED onto the plastic!pocket, NOT glued to it And this is NOT an item to use once received as it takes time to stretch Thanks for the darn good side support as it does NOT move as much as my others Roll!
