Update 04/25/2020: I changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars, mainly because Amorno contacted me to fix a headset issue. This shows that the company is listening to its customers and solving problems with the product. Depending on my interaction with you, this review may be further updated. Update: The right earbud stopped working after 1 month and there is no easy way to provide a warranty. I can't rate it highly if it can't even be repaired. I've tried a similar $20 headset before, and the $10 price increase was worth every penny. The headset doesn't fit perfectly around my neck like LG's $100 headset, but it's not uncomfortable at all. Sometimes I have to adjust it, but it's not the problem I expected. The sound quality when making calls leaves a lot to be desired. You can hear people well, but people won't hear you well. They sound far away and the noise reduction isn't really applied. Media audio sound quality is normal. Nothing special, but no complaints either. I haven't tried many headsets in this price range but considering the price I'm very happy with this one. I see myself buying a second one to see how it holds up in the gym.
