Update: another new used one. The images are too light to require any editing at all. Unable to send from camera, so you need to remove the memory card and insert it into the laptop. Cannot get technical support. I have bought this particular camera before, this is my 3rd or 4th camera. I liked the quality of the photos, the editing that can be done on the camera and the Wi-Fi that allows you to email photos. This particular camera was used, looked new, but was defective. When viewing images on the camera, it often turns off, preventing many previous photos from being viewed. When you turn on the camera, it often goes through all the settings at random. I have to turn it off and on again. Often several times. Update - The camera has stopped working. The return date has passed. I spent over an hour on the phone with Revane and explained in detail what was wrong with the camera. After spending over an hour on the phone, Revane told me to call Samsung. I gave Revain $180 but received a defective camera. When selling used products, they should be tested before sale. I will keep trying to come back but it is time consuming and frustrating.
