Don't buy a straightener
No stars, this is a replica of the real Royal hair straightener. The product delivered to me was used, had burn marks on the side. Plastic grabbed and tore hair, but the plates did not obey. My old Royal immediately heated up to the minimum temperature. The one that was shipped to me was completely screwed up and didn't even feel hot!
