Last minute purchase didn't work for me

I bought the lock for an upcoming trip. It arrived the night before I left, and consequently I didn't have time to read and set the settings, so I never used it. Sizing was acceptable (palm size) and seemed solid with some weight. The price was higher than other TSA approved lock options. I gave it a 5 for "Ease of Use" because I ended up giving it to my son-in-law who loves gadgets and smartphone enabled gadgets and can often use it on military trips.
