Review on ๐Ÿ˜ Elephant Foam Isolator in Gray by Eduardo Murillo

Gray foam ball. Eyeball

I have seen many others use this product to create a clone of DiY Kaotica Eyeball. While it may not meet the exact specs of a $200 product, $20 makes it easy to decide to buy the real deal that costs $200. Here's what I found. The product is indeed accurate as stated for its purpose. It is durable, elastic, dirt is not visible on it. For my purpose, it was exactly what I was hoping for. I could easily cut it with a sharp knife and give it very detailed features. As a clone of the Kaoitica Eyeball, I can only assume it's about the acoustic parameters for comparison. While not as accurate and beautiful as the Eyeball, the "clone" showed me that it isolates the mic well. It works best in an area that's a bit rough to see the difference. There is a problem with the loss of some frequencies. This is the upper limit of the low frequencies or the lower limit of the mid frequencies. This is easily fixed with a small equalizer. It must be fairly popular for that use or for the purpose it was originally intended for as they are currently out of stock and it is unknown when they will receive more.
