This is a great strap for the price. Nice. I only use it one day but the quality is good. The pins also seem to be standard so I'm a bit confused how people have such catastrophic failures. This may be due to bad instructions. When I reinserted the pin after removing the links, I noticed that the instructions say you have to press firmly with your finger to get the larger end back into the link. This can work, but at best the pin will sit flush with the link and at worst the pin will stick out and possibly move. I used a link remover to push the pin a little below flush and it looks like it's seated properly. If you're looking at saddle pins that you haven't removed, just try to bring them back to that depth. I know this isn't all user error, but I have a feeling that if people just follow the instructions that come with it, a lot of this could be a bad reinstall of Lin rather than falling apart on its own. Anyway it was $15 and it looks great with my suit.
