It is quite difficult to find decent quality stilts with a small rise, it seems that most of them are only 3 inches long, but these fit on the bill. If you have a set and either need to raise it a bit or aren't sure how high you want to go, I would use this product. It's not as deep and therefore less reliable, but I'm not worried about it being knocked over. I recline the top of the bed 1-2 inches to help me sleep better. It helps with any cough such as heartburn or pumpkin, as well as nasal congestion caused by colds or allergies. 3 inches seems too big to me like I could roll off the bed, but 1 inch and up is not only a positive thing, it's just as comfortable as it is flat.
