Worked immediately after purchase. It stopped working after 42 days. The USB-C connector is loose in the housing and is no longer intact. Very unacceptable performance. 10 days after the end of the return period. This is for a teenager whose school is closed and teaching online. A design is inherently bad if it cannot withstand up to 6 weeks of use. The charger is expected to be plugged in and unplugged regularly. This device fails this test.
