The team is very responsive if you have an immediate problem, they will jump in as soon their expertise allows them too fix it immediately or suggest alternative ways of doing what needs done! They do not work weekends unless really needed! That being said - I think this approach might be because at times we were slow-paced with our projects with time constraints so having someone available during regular office hours can help expedite things sometimes (but I do like working remote when possible). Project management/time tracking was difficult as there was no clear cut way of seeing how long something took and who did most of the coding tasks vs design etc. For now i'm hoping more people come onboard once project deadlines loom near to ensure proper project timelines which helps keep everyone productive on longer term basis. It helped us reduce overall development costs significantly by leveraging off of each other's strengths. The web development company provided the best web development services.
