first let me say this review is hard to write because i love this product but i don't recommend it. I was looking for the "perfect" hair product and honestly thought I had found it when I first ordered this BluMaan Cavalier Hair Clay. You don't need much of this product. a little worn in your hands is of great importance! The hold is great and it leaves a natural matte finish - it doesn't lose its stiffness and your hair gets a natural bounce. So why 2 stars? Spring. I'm having a really hard time getting this product out of my hair! When I shower, I shampoo and rinse twice, but I still feel dry/rough. Now it was annoying but kind of manageable. The deal breaker for me was that my hair started turning a yellowish hue! It was more noticeable on my gray hair, but I could even see it on the rest of my [black] hair. I don't know if anyone has experienced this before, but it's very strange! Yes. I love this product because it works extremely well - best thing I've tried for my thick wavy black hair. However. The residue it leaves behind (note I don't apply much product) and the yellow tint to my hair is enough to make me stop using this product. Maybe I'll try another one from the BluMaan series.
