I usually wear a 1xl-2xl in hoodies. I ordered this sweater in its biggest size which is 2xl-3xl and it fits like a large. Not happy. They wouldnt agree to full refund with return or exchange without refund. They agreed to 30% refund & told me to gift it to someone it will fit. Thanks it was for me.
