Anyone else provide primary tech support for elderly parents? Have you tried new technologies only to find that it leads to more calls and frustration? Well that solved a big problem because their phones started dying. We were considering new phones but due to the price, learning new features, programming all the numbers, etc. the decision was put on hold. Then we found these batteries - hooray!
